DUE TO CORONAVIRUS AND THE RESTRICTIONS LEVIED BY THE GOVERNMENT SILK WILLOUGHBY PARISH COUNCIL HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MEET SINCE SEPTEMBER 2020.
AS BROADBAND IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE IN SILK WILLOUGHBY THIS IS AN UPDATE OF BUSINESS TRANSACTED TO 31 JANUARY 2021.

AGENDA
1. To approve and accept: as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 10 September 2020 and the notes to 31 January 2021and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes – These will be signed at the meeting held on 25 March 2021.
2. Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously noted on Members’ Register of Interest and any written request for dispensation.
3. County Councillor and District Councillor Report:
a. County Cllr Hagues – update on dead trees C321
b. Update from District Cllr Jackson – circulated to all Cllrs.
4. Parish Clerk Update and Report:
a. Update on fly-tipping Gorse Lane.
b. Update on website.
c. Confirmation latest electoral register has been received in PDF Format and all previous copies destroyed.
d. Invitation to attend Census 2021 21.03.21 – forwarded to Cllr Wilson and Cllr Mrs Roberts.
e. Confirmation cycling strategy consultation 2020 had been filled in by Cllr Wilson and returned to NKDC.
5. Finance:
a. To resolve to approve cheque payments as per the approval lists.
b. To set the Precept for 2021/2022 and to confirm signed responses had been received from every Cllr.
c. Confirmation the Parish Agreement with LCC had been signed and we will be receiving £474.50 towards grass cutting costs.
6. Planning:
a.20/1257 Top T1 ash reduce dead tree to leave a 12ft habitat monolith. 26 Gorse Lane.
b.20/1264 Reduce silver birch by approx.25%. 10 London Road.
c. Street Numbering and possible change of use MSK House.
d.20/1324 Planning application to fell Poplar and Willow Manor House 28 London Road.
e.20/1371 Planning application to remove Cedar 20 London Road.
f.Notification of Tree Preservation orders London Road which became effective from 12.11.20.
g.20/1047 Amended plans for outline planning for erection of 5 dwellings and associated works land adjacent 30 Gorse Lane.
h.20/1515 Planning application for conversion of existing barn into annexe The Forge School Lane
