Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of SILK WILLOUGHBY PARISH COUNCIL to be held on 26 November 2020 at 7.30pm in the village hall, at which the undermentioned business will be transacted.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 10-minute Public Forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short observations to the Parish Council.

AGENDA
1. Chairman’s Welcome and Housekeeping Arrangements.
2. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously noted on Members’ Register of Interest and any written request for dispensation.
4. To approve and accept: as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 10 September 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

c. Confirmation latest electoral register has been received in PDF format and all previous copies destroyed.

e. Confirmation cycling strategy consultation 2020 had been filled in by Cllr Wilson and returned to NKDC
f. Confirmation we have signed the Parish Agreement with LCC and will receive £474.50 towards grass cutting costs.

b. To set the Precept for 2021/2022 – confirmation signed responses had been received from every Cllr.
