The Parish Council Meeting which should have been held on 26 March 2020 at 7.30pm in the village hall, has been CANCELLED in the light of recent Government guidelines.
If anybody has any issues with items on the Agenda, please contact Chairman or Clerk.

AGENDA
1. To approve and accept: as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 30 January 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
2. Suspension of Standing Orders/Financial Regulations:
a. To suspend Standing Orders and Financial Regulations and give the Chairman/Clerk authority to make any decisions on behalf of the parish council. Approval List will be circulated before any payments are made.
3. Report from Councillors:
a. Report circulated from Cllr Dr J Collinge re future of Ash Villa South Rauceby School
b. Report from Cllr A Wilson re Car park provision – left in abeyance until the next parish council meeting held.
4. Parish Clerk Update and Report:
a. Confirmation new Register of Electors has been collected and old ones shredded.
5. Finance:
a. To approve Cashbooks dated 31 January and 29 February 2020
b. To resolve to approve cheque payments as per the approval list
6. Planning:
a. 19/1730 Planning permission to block up existing bedroom window and installation of new window Manor Farm Barn London Road.
b. 20/0080 Planning permission for erection of single storey orangery extension to rear Snowdale London Road

d. Confirmation the Treasurer/Lettings Secretary for the village hall has stepped down.

a. To provisionally set the date of the Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Meeting as 28 May 2020. These may be held at a future date depending on circumstances
