Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of SILK WILLOUGHBY PARISH COUNCIL to be held at 7.30pm in the village hall, at which the undermentioned business will be transacted.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 10-minute Public Forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short observations to the Parish Council.

AGENDA
1. Chairman’s Welcome and Housekeeping arrangements.
2. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously noted on Members’ Register of Interest and any written request for dispensation.
4. To approve and accept as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 23 November 2018 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
5. County Councillor A Hagues and District Councillor K Cook Reports.

a.Confirmation a grit bin has been delivered to School Lane, but needs re-positioning.
b.Update on cycle path

d. To confirm street light No.4 Gorse Lane has been reported again
e. Complaint re new field access opposite Mountains Yard London Road
7. Finance:
a. To resolve to approve cheque payments as per the approval list.
b. To confirm books have been lodged with Internal Auditor

a. 18/1541 Planning approval for Change of use of additional land from agricultural to Veterinary Surgery amended plans
b. 18/1701 Planning application conversion of bars to form 1 dwelling including single storey extension and erection of four vehicle garage Manor Farm
c. 19/0060/FUL Planning application for erection of Solar PV park Land south of Gorse Lane
