Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of SILK WILLOUGHBY PARISH COUNCIL to be held on 20 January 2022  at 7.30pm in the village hall, at which the undermentioned business will be transacted.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 10-minute Public Forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short observations to the Parish Council.

AGENDA

1.   Chairman’s Welcome and Housekeeping Arrangements.

2.   Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

3.   Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously noted on Members’ Register of Interest and any written request for dispensation.

4.   To approve and accept: as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 30 September 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

a.   To resolve to approve and accept staff payments as per the approval list.

b.   To resolve to approve and accept cheque payments as per the approval list

c.   Community Infrastructure Levy – CIL Payment

d.   To set Precept for 2022/2023.

e.   To confirm we will have to pay bank charges so have applied for Internet banking.

8.   Planning:

a.   21/1491 Planning application to remove Condition3 (archaeological Monitoring report) and Condition 5 (tactile crossing point) land adj 30 Gorse Lane – planning permission 06.12.21

b.   21/1546 Outline planning application for the erection of 2 dwellings with access for consideration land north of Gorse Lane.

c.   To discuss land adjacent to 30 Gorse Lane – Street Naming
